在驻赞比亚的中国组织中经常会发生劳工争议和纠纷。笔者将在本文中以在中国援赞农业中心长期田野调查过程中收集的资料为基础,从微观层面对中赞劳工的日常工作交往关系进行描述。通过对中赞双方在依附关系上的不同理解和不同实践的比较,笔者认为中赞双方间日常劳工纠纷和争议的产生在很大程度上是因为他们嵌入在依附关系中的情触项指向性不一致。这一冲突具体体现为中赞上下级间殷勤表演的指向性差异——中方领导期待赞方下属对其献殷勤,而赞方工人期待中方老板对其照顾。这种期待的不对称导致了中赞间交流上的误解并阻碍了中赞间社群性的发展。
Labor disputes and disputes often occur in Chinese organizations based in Zambia. Based on the data collected in the long-term field investigation of China Agricultural Center of Aid for Reference, the author will describe the daily working relations between the two laborers at the micro level. Through the comparisons of different understandings and practice of attachment between China and Zambia, the author thinks that the daily labor disputes and controversies between China and Zambia are largely due to the syncretism embedded in the attachment Inconsistent. This conflict is manifested in the directional differences between the subjective and the subordinate performances. The Chinese leaders expect subordinates to pay tribute to them, while the Zambian workers expect the Chinese bosses to take care of them. This asymmetrical expectation has led to misunderstandings on exchanges between China and the Zambia and hindered the social development between the two countries.
