汽车离合器是汽车安全的关键部件，而从动盘钢片及膜片弹簧需要进行多种热处理。研制一种热效率高，生产能力大，适应范围广，质量好，能完成多种热处理工艺的生产设备十分必要。本文所研制的以滚棒式加热炉为主体的淬火——回火生产线完全能满足上述要求。
Automotive clutches are a key component of automotive safety, and driven disk and diaphragm springs require a variety of heat treatments. It is necessary to develop a production equipment with high thermal efficiency, large production capacity, wide adaptability and good quality, which can finish many kinds of heat treatment processes. The developed quenching-tempering production line, which is mainly developed by the rolling rod furnace, can completely meet the above requirements.
