大学生自身的就业意识的培养是要以正确的自我评价和定位为前提的,而这往往就是问题所在。本文以四川外国语大学成都学院的英语专业大学生为例进行了调查研究。研究结果表明:现在的大学生,从很大程度上讲,不能够对自己做出这样的评价和定位。本研究主要是以该校的五个以英语为专业的系的大四年级学生和刚走出校门的2013届毕业生为研究对象,从他们的自身实际出发,以问卷调查的形式,了解并分析了如何才能做到正确认识自己以及正确了解社会需求,从而结合相应的就业指导,让该专业的大学生更好走向市场,让学生、学校以及社会得到三赢的效果。
The cultivation of college students’ self-employment awareness is based on the premise of correct self-evaluation and orientation, which is often the problem. This article takes Chengdu University of Sichuan International Studies University English majors as an example to investigate. The results show that: Today’s college students, to a large extent, can not make their own evaluation and positioning. This study is mainly based on the five freshmen of the department with English majors and the 2013 graduates who just went out of school. Based on their own reality, this study is based on a questionnaire survey to understand and analyze How can we achieve a correct understanding of ourselves and the correct understanding of social needs, so that with the corresponding employment guidance, so that professional students better market, so that students, schools and the community get a win-win results.
