采用凝胶渗透色谱仪、红外光谱仪、微库伦综合分析仪研究了环氧树脂在甲苯中的溶解性能,检测了E-44型环氧树脂的分子质量分布、羟基的红外吸收光带、总氯含量,并对影响环氧树脂溶解性能的因素进行了分析。结果表明,随着分子质量的增加,环氧树脂在甲苯中的溶解性能下降;但E-44型环氧树脂在甲苯中的溶解能力主要取决于环氧树脂分子间形成氢键的强弱,氢键的强弱与E-44型环氧树脂分子中环氧基团和分子末端羟基的多少有关,分子末端羟基在形成氢键的作用中起主导作用。
The solubility of epoxy resin in toluene was investigated by gel permeation chromatography, infrared spectroscopy and microcoulomb analyzer. The molecular mass distribution of E-44 epoxy resin, the infrared absorption band of hydroxyl group, Content, and the factors that affect the solubility of epoxy resin were analyzed. The results showed that the solubility of epoxy resin in toluene decreased with the increase of molecular mass. However, the solubility of E-44 epoxy resin in toluene mainly depends on the strength of hydrogen bonding between epoxy resin molecules. The strength of hydrogen bonds is related to the number of epoxy groups and the terminal hydroxyl groups in the E-44 epoxy resin molecule. The terminal hydroxyl groups play a leading role in hydrogen bonding.
