作物驯化是使野生植物变成栽培作物的过程,在这个过程中发生显著的形态和生理变化。从作物驯化的模式、遗传效应、影响因素、作用、分子机制等方面介绍了作物驯化的研究进展,并介绍了当前对作物驯化中心的认识。
Crop domestication is the process of transforming wild plants into cultivated crops, and significant morphological and physiological changes occur during this process. The research progress of crop domestication was introduced from the modes of crop domestication, genetic effects, influencing factors, roles and molecular mechanisms. The current understanding of crop domestication centers was also introduced.
