我们有幸参加了“知行中国”小学班主任培训学习活动,有机会亲耳聆听教育专家的讲课,这对于我们农村小学教师来说,犹如得到了沙漠中的一滴水。我们在学习的过程中,就不断的反思自己班主任工作中的酸甜苦辣。聆听过魏书生老师讲座的人,首先会想到民主、科学的管理班集体。每一个班集体都是一个小型的社会,也是一个学生和老师快乐生活的家。学生能感受到这个家的温暖,也能快乐地享受到当家作主的权利,学生自然就会爱上这个家。 We are fortunate enough to participate in the training and study activities of the head of ’Knowledge Bank China’ primary school and have the opportunity to listen to the lectures of educational experts earnestly. This is like a drop of water in the desert for our rural primary school teachers. In the process of our study, we constantly reflect on the pains and sufces in our class teacher’s work. Listening to Professor Wei Shusheng lecture, first of all think of a democratic, scientific management class collective. Each class is a small group of collective society, but also a happy student and teacher home. Students can feel the warmth of this home, but also happy to enjoy the right to be the masters of the house, and students will naturally fall in love with this home.
