以贵州瓮福磷矿A层矿2#矿体磷矿石为研究对象,采用双反浮选工艺,分别对影响分选指标的主要因素进行了条件试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度-0.074mm占80.80%条件下,原矿P2O5品位为25.05%的硅钙质胶磷矿经“一次粗选,一次扫选,两次精选”浮选流程选别后,可获得P2O5品位31.82%、MgO品位0.92%、SiO2品位12.63%的综合精矿,其总回收率为80.24%。
Taking phosphate ore from orebody 2 of A layer in Wengfu Phosphate Mine, Guizhou as the research object, the conditions of the main factors influencing the separation index were tested by double reverse flotation process. The results showed that when the fineness of grinding -0.074mm accounted for 80.80%, the grade of P2O5 with the grade of 25.05% was determined by the method of “one rough selection, one sweep selection, twice selection” flotation process After the sorting, the comprehensive concentrate with the P2O5 grade of 31.82%, the MgO grade of 0.92% and the SiO2 grade of 12.63% can be obtained, and the total recovery rate is 80.24%.
