法国这次的《首次雇用合同法》是在去年8月实行的《新雇用合同法》经验的基础之上提出的。新雇用合同法针对所有20名员工以下的小企业,适用所有年龄的应聘者,而首次雇用合同法是针对20人以上的企业、年龄26岁以下的首次雇用职工。从企业层面,由20人以下小企业扩展至20人以上大企业。劳动者层面上,出现了一个26岁的年龄界限,也正是这个26岁,让法国年轻人喊出了高昂的反对歧视和要求平等的口号。
The “First Employment Contract Law” in France is based on the experience of the “New Employment Contract Law” introduced in August last year. The new employment contract law applies to all small businesses below 20 employees for applicants of all ages, while the first employment contract law is for first-time employees aged under 26 for businesses of 20 or more.
