16V240Z柴油机喷油嘴在较高的动力负荷和热负荷下工作,其针阀体承受脉动油压,瞬时最高值达83.36MPa,喷油嘴头部最高温度为306℃,提高其使用寿命相当困难。本文从结构设计、材料、热处理、制造精度四方面综合考虑来提高该喷油嘴的使用寿命。文中对喷油嘴结构设计改进与制造精度的提高,选用氮化新钢种和气体氮化最佳工艺方案以及有关参数的选定和装车运行考核后的情况作了全面阐述和分析。经三年多装车运行考核,喷油嘴最高使用寿命达10000 h(300000km)以上,喷雾状况良好,现仍在正常工作。25Cr2MoAl钢气体氮化喷油嘴在1985年10月9日己通过铁道部技术鉴定。上述方案是提高大功率柴油机喷油嘴可靠性和寿命的良好途径。

The above program is to improve the reliability and life of high-power diesel injector nozzle a good way.
