目的探讨椎动脉(VA)狭窄供血不足患者的球结膜微循环(BCM)与彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)之间的相关性。方法采用微循环彩色图像分析系统和电脑彩色B超来分析细动脉与VA内径及其血流量等指标。结果BCM表现为细动脉内径纤细(7.63±0.13μm),血流速度缓慢(0.41±0.11mm/s)。 CDFI显示 VA内径狭窄(0. 29±0. 06cm),血液流量减少(56.80±22. 28ml/min)。分别与正常组(10.0±0.11μm,0.62±0.11mm/s);(0.38±0.03cm,118.32±23.41ml/min)对照,均P<0.05~0.01。BCM与CDFI分别显示的细动脉与VA的内径和血流量呈正相关、r=0.668,P<0.01;r=0.205,P<0.05。结论VA狭窄供血不足患者的BCM与CDFI检测结果基本一致。
Objective To investigate the correlation between bulb conjunctival microcirculation (BCM) and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in patients with vertebral artery (VA) stenosis. Methods Microcirculation color image analysis system and color B ultrasound computer to analyze the arterial and VA diameter and blood flow and other indicators. Results BCM showed slender arterial diameter (7.63 ± 0.13μm) and slow blood flow (0.41 ± 0.11mm / s). CDFI showed a narrow diameter of VA (0.29 ± 0. 06cm), decreased blood flow (56.80 ± 22.28ml / min). P <0, respectively, compared with the normal group (10.0 ± 0.11μm, 0.62 ± 0.11mm / s); (0.38 ± 0.03cm, 118.32 ± 23.41ml / min) 05 ~ 0.01. BCM and CDFI showed a positive correlation between arterioles and the diameter and blood flow of VA, r = 0.668, P <0.01; r = 0.205, P <0.05. Conclusion The results of BCM and CDFI in patients with VA stenosis are basically the same.
