对峨口磁铁矿配加碳酸铁精矿生产氧化球团进行了研究。研究表明,碳酸铁精矿尽管烧损大,焙烧时收缩严重,但其中含有较高的CaO、MgO等碱性氧化物,对于高炉冶炼极为有利。在碳酸铁精矿配比为50%,预热温度为800℃,预热时间为20~30min,焙烧温度为1270℃,焙烧时间为20~30min的工艺条件下,可生产出抗压强度大于2000N/个,还原率为86.85%,MgO含量为4.03%的优质球团矿
Ekoukou magnetite ore with iron oxide concentrate production of iron oxide pellets were studied. The results show that the iron carbonate concentrate, despite its large burning loss and severe shrinkage during roasting, contains high levels of alkaline oxides such as CaO and MgO, which is extremely beneficial for blast furnace smelting.
