目的比较不同干手方式的消毒效果与经济效益。方法采用电烘机烘干和高温消毒毛巾两种干手方式分二阶段进行手部采样及细菌培养、计数。结果共采样970例,其中电烘干机组467例,高温消毒毛巾组503例。电烘干机组洗手干手后采样合格率为86.30%,高温消毒毛巾组合格率为84.89%,电烘干机组细菌菌落数为(5.22±3.68),高温消毒毛巾组细菌菌落数为5.18±4.81,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高温消毒毛巾组综合成本为82.8元/千次,低于烘干机组(267.5元/千次)。结论高温消毒毛巾组干手经济效益与消毒效果优于烘干机组。
Objective To compare the disinfection effects and economic benefits of different hand-drying methods. Methods Two types of dry hands, electric drying and high temperature disinfection, were used for hand sampling and bacterial culture in two stages and counting. The results of a total of 970 samples, of which 467 cases of electric drying unit, high temperature sterilization towel group of 503 cases. The qualified rate of the samples was 86.30% after washing hands and dry hands, the passing rate of the high-temperature sterilization towel set was 84.89%, the number of bacterial colonies in the electric drying set was (5.22 ± 3.68), the number of the bacterial colonies in the high-temperature sterilization towel set was 5.18 ± 4.81 , No significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The overall cost of high-temperature sterilization towel set was 82.8 yuan / thousand times, lower than the dryer set (267.5 yuan / thousand times). Conclusion The economic benefits and disinfection effects of hand towel in high temperature disinfection towel group are better than that of drying machine group.
