改革开放和市场经济的推行,少数人先富起来的事实,使企业职工的人生观和价格观不断发生变化。少数职工追求个人安乐和享受的欲望也随之膨胀,要求下海辞职的、调离的不断增多,尤其青年职工较为明显。为稳定职工队伍,增加企业的凝聚力,火电公司不失时机地以讲党课,办干部培训班等方式,充分利用报纸、广播、黑板报、电视等宣传媒体,既宣传改革,也宣讲企业的现实困难和奋斗目标;宣讲主人翁精神、企业精神予引导教育职工,积极形成企业内部激励机制。
