机械行业标准《直齿锥齿轮精密冷锻件技术条件》研制的必要性及技术概要

随着近几年我国汽车工业的飞速发展,与之相应的汽车零部件尤其是直齿锥齿轮精密冷锻件的加工技术、制造水平也在不断提高。为适应冷锻件技术的发展,结合现有的机械行业标准《直齿锥齿轮精密热锻件技术条件》,进行了《直齿锥齿轮精密冷锻件技术条件》的研制。参考国内外同行业的技术标准,结合国内现有直齿锥齿轮精密冷锻件的制造水平、技术能力和生产现状,从原材料控制、毛坯要求、锻件表面结构要求、尺寸及形位公差、锻件表面及组织缺陷、热处理要求、表面清理、质量检测以及包装和运输等各个过程,对直齿锥齿轮精密冷锻件的加工制造制订机械行业标准。 With the rapid development of China’s automobile industry in recent years, corresponding to the processing technology of the auto parts, especially the straight bevel gear precision cold forgings, the manufacturing level is also constantly improving. In order to adapt to the development of cold forging technology, combined with the existing mechanical industry standard “straight bevel gear precision hot forging technical conditions”, the “straight bevel gear precision cold forgings technical conditions” of the development. With reference to the technical standards of the same industry at home and abroad, combining the manufacturing level, technical ability and production status of the existing straight bevel gear precision cold forgings, from the aspects of raw material control, blank requirements, surface structure requirements, size and form tolerances, And organizational defects, heat treatment requirements, surface cleaning, quality inspection and packaging and transportation processes, the development of straight bevel gear precision cold forgings manufacturing machinery industry standards.
