目的:了解民族边远山区乡镇卫生院妇幼保健卫生人力资源配置现状,为加强妇幼保健卫生人才队伍建设,促进民族边远山区妇幼保健卫生事业发展提供参考依据。方法:对2008年百色市158家乡镇卫生院妇幼保健人员数量、学历和职称构成以及执业资格等情况进行调查分析。结果:民族边远山区乡镇卫生院妇幼保健人员总量不足,素质偏低,学历、职称结构配置欠合理,依法执业意识有待加强。结论:应采取有效措施加强民族边远山区妇幼保健卫生人才队伍建设,包括专业人才的引进、提高在职人员素质和加强母婴保健技术培训和考核等,以提高妇幼保健技术水平和服务质量,满足妇女儿童的健康与发展需求。
Objective: To understand the status quo of maternal and child health and human resources allocation in township clinics of remote mountainous areas in the country and to provide reference for strengthening the construction of maternal and child health personnel and promoting the development of maternal and child health in remote mountainous areas of ethnic minority. Methods: To investigate the quantity, qualifications and titles of maternal and child health workers and their qualifications in 158 township hospitals in Baise in 2008. Results: The total number of maternal and child health staff in township clinics in remote mountainous areas in the remote areas was insufficient and their qualities were low. The qualifications and qualifications of their majors and occupations were not properly arranged and their awareness of practicing law was to be strengthened. Conclusion: Effective measures should be taken to strengthen the construction of maternal and child health personnel in the remote mountainous areas of the nation, including the introduction of professionals, improving the quality of serving staff and technical training and assessment of maternal and infant health care so as to improve the technical level and service quality of maternal and child health and meet the needs of women Children’s health and development needs.
