该文综合阐述了20世纪80年代以来,国内外关于麦红吸浆虫抗虫鉴定筛选、抗虫机制、抗性基因遗传以及抗虫基因定位、分子标记等方面的研究进展及展望。并结合笔者研究结果采用SSR分子标记在7B染色体上找到了与冀麦24小麦品种抗麦红吸浆虫抗性基因连锁的标记Wms400,遗传距离为5cM。以期为小麦抗虫育种的应用提供参考,为抗虫基因的克隆和基因转化技术研究打下基础,并促进小麦生产的持续发展。
This article comprehensively expounds the research progress and prospect of insect resistance identification screening, insect resistance mechanism, resistance gene inheritance, insect resistance gene mapping and molecular marker both at home and abroad since the 1980s. Combined with the results of the study, the SSR marker was used to locate the marker Wms400 linked to the resistant gene of wheat Jimi 24 to chromosome 7B on chromosome 7B, with a genetic distance of 5cM. In order to provide a reference for the application of wheat insect-resistant breeding, lay a foundation for the study of insect-resistant gene cloning and gene transformation and promote the sustainable development of wheat production.
