In nonlinear optical representations, third-order nonlinearities are usually represented by complex matrix elements of fourth-order tensors, but traditional third-order nonlinear measurement techniques such as four-wave mixing (FWM) give only third-order nonlinear absolutes value. We propose and develop phase-sensitive measurements using the two-color FWM method and obtain the real and imaginary parts of the third-order nonlinear coefficients. Using this technique, we performed a high-sensitivity Raman
