为了研究伏马菌素B_1(FB_1)的毒性、污染及其检测技术,试验对FB_1毒性进行分析,并比较了不同的检测方法。FB_1是一类主要由串珠镰刀菌产生,广泛存在于玉米、小麦、大麦以及其他农产品中的真菌毒素,其中FB_1是产生伏马菌素毒性作用的主要原因。结果表明:FB_1可诱导多种细胞损伤,具神经毒性、生殖毒性、免疫毒性、致癌、致畸等,能引起马脑白质软化症、猪的肺水肿症候群和大鼠的肝癌及肝细胞凋亡等。
In order to study the toxicity, contamination and detection technology of fumonisin B_1 (FB_1), the toxicity of FB_1 was analyzed and different detection methods were compared. FB_1 is a group of mycotoxins that are predominantly produced by Fusarium moniliformes and widely found in maize, wheat, barley and other agricultural products, of which FB_1 is the main cause of fumonisin toxicity. The results showed that FB_1 could induce many kinds of cell injury, such as neurotoxicity, reproductive toxicity, immunotoxicity, carcinogenesis and teratogenicity. It could induce the leucomalacia, pig pulmonary edema syndrome and hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatocyte apoptosis in rats Wait.
