目的识别、分析某拟建项目可能产生和存在的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,确定危害类别,探讨职业病防护设施及职业卫生管理措施的可行性方法采用类比法进行综合分析评价。结果检测结果显示化学毒物浓度均符合国家卫生标准,丙烯腈外操岗位8 h等效A声级超过国家标准限值要求。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,拟采取的职业病危害防护措施符合职业卫生标准的要求,从职业卫生角度考虑是可行的。
Objective To identify and analyze the possible hazards of occupational diseases that may occur and exist in a planned project, analyze the harm degree and the impact on workers’ health, determine the types of hazards, and explore the feasibility of occupational disease prevention facilities and occupational health management measures using analogy method Comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Results The test results showed that the concentrations of chemical poisons were in line with the national health standards. The equivalent sound level A of 8 h post-treatment of acrylonitrile exceeded the national standard limit. Conclusion This project belongs to the construction projects with serious occupational hazards. The proposed protective measures against occupational hazards meet the requirements of occupational health standards and are feasible from an occupational health perspective.
