目的:确定军人成就动机结构权重系数。方法:采用层次分析法,对军人成就动机结构中不同维度和特征的权重系数进行分析。结果:在军人成就动机结构中,不同维度和特征的权重系数不同。第1层结构:进取(0.21)、求精(0.19)、坚韧(0.18)、主动(0.17)、奉献(0.13)、乐业(0.12)。第2层结构:进取维度中目标性(0.36)、荣誉感(0.34)和进步性(0.30),主动维度中经验汲取(0.27)、研究意识(0.22)、警惕性(0.19)、信息关注(0.16)、学习意识(0.15),求精维度中工作标准(0.45)、过程控制(0.33)、成果要求(0.22),坚韧维度中持之以恒(0.56)、耐受挫折(0.44),奉献维度中物质舍弃(0.22)、身体舍弃(0.22)、情感舍弃(0.20)、功名舍弃(0.19)、休闲舍弃(0.18),乐业维度中职业自豪感(0.37)、工作满足感(0.35)、工作兴趣(0.28)。结论:确定了军人成就动机结构的权重系数,为评价军人成就动机提供了量化指标。
Objective: To determine the structural weight coefficient of military achievement motivation. Methods: The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to analyze the weight coefficients of different dimensions and characteristics in the achievement structure of military achievements. Results: In the structure of military achievement motivation, the weight coefficients of different dimensions and features are different. Tier 1 structure: aggressive (0.21), refinement (0.19), tough (0.18), active (0.17), dedication (0.13), happy industry (0.12). Tier 2 structure: Objective (0.36), Honor (0.34) and Progressive (0.30), Proactive (0.27), Research Awareness (0.22), Vigilance (0.19), Information Concern 0.16), awareness of learning (0.15), working standards (0.45), process control (0.33), achievement requirements (0.22), perseverance in toughness (0.56) Discord (0.22), Abandonment (0.22), Abandonment (0.20), Abandonment (0.19), Abandonment (0.18), Professional Pride in the Career Dimension (0.37), Job Satisfaction (0.35), Work Interest 0.28). Conclusion: The weight coefficient of the achievement structure of military achievement has been determined, which provides quantitative indicators for evaluating the achievement motivation of military personnel.
