随着我国社会经济的快速发展,建筑事业也取得了一定的成就,并且逐渐与国际建筑行业接轨。在建筑事业的发展进程中,建筑管理的实施起着很大的作用。在建筑管理中,项目控制又是其重要组成部分,为达到各项建筑管理项目的目的提供了有力的保障。目前在我国的建筑管理中,项目控制主要包括进度控制、质量控制和成本控制。现就对这三个项目控制方式逐一进行介绍,阐述其相关内容和方法,从而论述了项目控制对于建筑工程发展的重要性。
With the rapid socio-economic development of our country, the construction industry has also made some achievements and gradually becomes integrated with the international construction industry. In the construction of the development process, the implementation of building management plays a big role. In construction management, project control is an important part of it, which provides a powerful guarantee for the purpose of various construction management projects. Currently in our country’s construction management, project control mainly includes schedule control, quality control and cost control. Now on the three project control methods introduced one by one, explain its relevant content and methods, which discusses the project control for the construction of the importance of development.
