为了推进河南地区全民信息素质教育,文章提出打破现有高校信息素质教育的局限性,探讨和研究适合本地区多层次、多领域信息素质教育的整体方案和对策,制定发展目标,建立“三位一体”信息素质教育体系,形成区域性横向联合纵向贯通的体系结构;针对不同的群体开展不同层次和内容的信息用户教育,体现个性化、实用性、层次性和连续性;研究素质教育内容、模式、方法等。
In order to promote information literacy education for all in Henan Province, the article proposes to break the limitations of the existing information literacy education in colleges and universities and to explore and study the overall solutions and countermeasures that suit the information literacy education at different levels and levels in different regions of the country.
