目的通过T2WI测量T2权重值与星形细胞瘤(AG)、少枝-星形细胞瘤(OA)及间变少枝-星形细胞瘤(A-OA)病理分型相关性。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的AG患者57例(男29例,女28例),OA 55例(男36例,女19例),A-OA 15例(男10例,女5例)。测量T2权重像上病灶中最高信号区与最低信号区,健侧皮层及深部白质信号。分别计算比值R(R1=最高信号区/皮层,R2=最低信号区/皮层,R3=最高信号区/深部白质,R4=最低信号区/深部白质)。统计分析不同分型的肿瘤之间R1、R3的差异;采用两两比较OA、AG与A-OA之间R3值的统计学差异。结果 R1及R3在不同分型的肿瘤之间差异有显著统计学意义,OA的R1、R3高于单纯的AG与A-OA。LSD两两比较AG与A-OA之间R3值差异无统计学意义,其余各组两两比较差异均有统计学意义。结论T2权重值与AG、OA及A-OA病理分型相关,OA肿块部分区域含水量高于单纯的AG与A-OA。
Objective To investigate the relationship between T2 weighted value and histopathology of astrocytoma (AG), spondylodiploid tumor (OA) and degenerative sparing branch - astrocytoma (A-OA) by T2WI. Methods Retrospective analysis of 57 patients with pathologically confirmed AG (29 males and 28 females), 55 cases of OA (36 males and 19 females), 15 cases of A-OA (10 males and 5 females) . The highest signal area and the lowest signal area, the contralateral cortex and the deep white matter signal in the lesion were measured on T2 weighted images. Calculate the ratio R (R1 = highest signal zone / cortex, R2 = lowest signal zone / cortex, R3 = highest signal zone / deep white matter, R4 = lowest signal zone / deep white matter). Statistical analysis of different types of tumors R1, R3 differences; using a pairwise comparison of OA, AG and A-OA statistically significant differences between R3 values. Results The difference of R1 and R3 in different types of tumors was statistically significant. The R1 and R3 of OA were higher than that of AG and A-OA alone. There was no significant difference in the value of R3 between LSD and A-OA in any pairwise comparisons of the two groups. The difference between the other groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The T2 weighted value is related to the pathological classification of AG, OA and A-OA. The water content in some areas of OA mass is higher than that of pure AG and A-OA.
