以新疆某高校179名学前教育专业女生为调查对象,运用龙燕梅修订的择业效能感简式量表研究学前教育专业女生择业效能感的现状及影响因素。结果发现:学前教育专业女生选择职业时受个人因素的影响最大;学前教育专业女生择业效能感在不同民族、年级和学历层次间存在显著性差异。
A case study of 179 preschool education majors in a university in Xinjiang was conducted to study the current status and influential factors of preschool education majors’ job-searching efficacy using Longyanmei’s revised Probability of Job Efficacy Scale. The results showed that: girls in preschool education had the most influence on their careers when they chose careers; the efficacy of careers in preschool education was significantly different among ethnic groups, grade and academic level.
