地奥心血康胶囊治疗44例冠心病(心绞痛39例,心律失常5例)及病毒性心肌炎10例。利用心电图或(?)态记录监护进行用药前后监测并自身对照,表明该药有明显的改善心肌缺血疗效,其临床症状总改善率97.4％;缺血型ST段心电图总改善率83.84％,其中15.3％完全恢复正常;9例动态心电图24h监测自身对照表明发作性缺血型ST段的改善率高达80％,未见不良毒副作用。
