随着生产发展的需要,在原有老建筑物旁加盖新建筑的情况日益增多,有时由于地皮紧张,甚至利用老建筑物外墙作为新建筑物的内墙。当新建筑物座落在软弱土层上时,采用何种加固方法可使地耐力提高,变形满足规范要求,而且结构合理,造价低,是本文所要探讨的问题。一、概况有一建筑物在原有建筑竣工六年后,要利用原有一堵老墙作承重墙,扩建18米×9.6米由带壁柱墙承重的砖混二层建筑。基础是钢筋混凝土条形基础。该处原是一口水塘,没有钻探资料。在地基开挖后发现有松散炉渣,淤泥质土。用φ16园钢往下插,最深处-5.2米,最浅者-3.5米。用N10轻便触探器锤击土层,
With the need of production development, there is an increasing number of new buildings being built next to existing old buildings. Occasionally, due to land tense, even the exterior walls of old buildings are used as interior walls of new buildings. When the new building is located on the soft soil layer, what kind of reinforcement method can be used to increase the endurance of the ground, the deformation meets the requirements of the specification, and the structure is reasonable and the construction cost is low, which is the problem to be discussed in this paper. I. Overview When a building is completed six years ago in the original building, it is necessary to make use of the existing old wall as the bearing wall, and to expand the 18-by-×9.6-meter brick-concrete two-story building that bears the weight of the pilaster wall. The basis is a reinforced concrete strip foundation. The site was originally a reservoir with no drilling data. Loose slag and silty soil were found after excavation of the foundation. Use φ16 garden steel to insert the deepest -5.2 meters, the shallowest -3.5 meters. Use the N10 portable probe to hammer the soil.
