课改带来了一系列的教材改革。应试教育需要与素质教育齐头并进。我们所用的牛津译林版教材的使用也是如此。老师需要根据实际情况进行内容调整。符合学生的实际水平,循序渐进,突出重难点,同时,对学生的考查也不能千篇一律。需根据不同的年级采用不同形式的测试形式,不能只是简单的模拟高考题型,而应设计实际的适合学生的测试方式。平时,老师在授课时要调动同学们的积极性,以学生为主体,发挥学生的主体作用,提高课堂效率。
