SHY—400型高温高压流动试验仪是为完成国家“七·五”重点科技(攻关)项目“四川碳酸盐岩裂缝气藏保护气层的钻井、完井技术”而研制的。主要用于评价不同完井液在不同工艺条件下,对不同储层的损害程度,为选择施工液体和制定合理的工艺措施提供设计依据,从而达到保护气层。该仪器的原理是选择现场实际过程中的压差、环空剪切速率、地层温度等施工参数,采用压差、温度和剪切速率相似的模拟准则,根据旋转粘度计原理,应用流变学的观点来解决该动态模拟问题。仪器流程见图1,其设计主要技术参数见表1。
