我厂自八七年四月开始采用热介质定向循环养护工艺生产电杆,并实现微机控制以来,收到了显著的经济效益。概括起来有以下几个方面。一、降低煤耗,节约能源我厂以前一直采用“波管直通式养护”,这种方法蒸汽浪费现象十分严重。采用定向循环新工艺后,蒸汽耗量大幅度下降。根据热平衡测定,热效率由原来的5.2%提高到54.2%,每根电扦的耗煤量亦由90kg
Since April of 2007, our factory has adopted the hot medium oriented circulation maintenance process to produce poles, and has achieved remarkable economic benefits since it achieved microcomputer control.
