经济的高速发展,给企业提供了良好的发展契机。为了提高自己的发展进程,迎合时代的发展需求,很多企业现已经将激励理论应用在日常的管理中,使企业管理工作迈向了新的台阶,完善了企业的日常管理工作。对于激励理论,我们可以这样理解,人的动机是基于人的需要,需要的存在是明确人的行为目标的关键。所谓的激励,就是根据人的内心活动,不断对人的行为进行激发。本文对激励理论在企业管理中的运用进行了详细阐述。
The rapid economic development provides enterprises with a good opportunity for development.
