我国油田企业由于受内、外部环境影响和自身体制的问题,在人力资源管理方面存在着结构不合理、人员培训不系统、绩效考核和激励机制缺失等问题。本文简述了员工绩效考核的概念与作用,通过分析我国油田企业员工绩效考核的现状指出了油田企业员工现有绩效考核存在的缺陷与漏洞,并据此提出了油田企业员工绩效考核的对策建议。
Due to the internal and external environment influences and their own system problems, Chinese oilfield enterprises have some problems in human resource management such as irrational structure, unskilled staff training, lack of performance appraisal and incentive mechanism. This paper outlines the concept and function of employee performance appraisal. By analyzing the status quo of employee performance appraisal in oilfield enterprises in our country, this paper points out the defects and loopholes existing in the performance appraisal of employees in oilfield enterprises, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions .
