水利相关政府机关在现代社会这样以经济为导向以知识为基础的时期,对于人才的重视度也在加强,因为人力资源是所有竞争力中最为重要的一环,也是政府部门的首要需求资源。现在供水体系的管道网络已经建成,但是想要可以在现代经济社会立足,就必须在人才的培养和管理进行很好的体系建成,因为这会对整个管道网络的运营、成果和最终形象都起到很重要的作用。同时人才管理中最重要的部分是其考察机制,也具有重要的研究价值。本文通过对泉州市晋江河道堤防管理处绩效考核的个案研究来探讨水利单位如何进行绩效考核,对类似单位绩效考核有一定的借鉴作用。

Based on a case study of the performance appraisal of the embankment management office of Jinjiang River in Quanzhou City, this paper explores how to evaluate the performance of water conservancy units and provides reference for the performance appraisal of similar units.
