目的:探讨护理专业少数民族护生临床实习入科教育的内容及其重要性。方法:对2008.5-2012.4的77名少数名族护生一般情况、临床带教老师教态及对临床实习入科教育的效果等内容进行了调查。结果:本次调查的77名少数民族护生中49名为维吾尔族女性,2名为维吾尔族男性,19名为哈萨克女性,4名为乌孜别克族女性,2名柯尔克孜族女性,1名东乡回族女性,少数民族护生对临床带教老师各项教学方面评价优良率均在77.92%以上;有90.91%以上民族护生认为临床实习入科教育对迅速熟悉科室情况,较好的培养和提高各种能力等方面起到重要作用。结论:少数民族护生对临床实习入科教育效果较为满意,值得推广。
Objective: To discuss the content and importance of clinical internship nursing education for nursing minority nursing students. Methods: The survey of the general condition of 77 minority nursing students in 2008.5-2012.4, the teaching mode of clinical teaching teachers and the effect of internship in clinical education were conducted.
