最近,笔者通过对企业当前效能监察工作的调研,发现存在3个方面的问题:一是对企业效能监察认识不足。在企业基层,从事效能监察工作的人员多数为兼职,经验相对较少,一线职工因相关知识欠缺,参与的积极性不高;二是没有形成齐抓共管的局面;三是有的单位选题立项没有把握关键环节,不注重实际效果。这些问题表明,企业必须在建立效能监察长效机制上下大功夫,不断创新、提高和完善。结合中铝公司中州企业效能监察工作的实际,笔者认为,企业建立效能监察长效机制应解决好以下方面的问题。
Recently, the author of the current performance monitoring of enterprises through the investigation and found that there are three aspects: First, lack of awareness of corporate performance monitoring. At the grassroots level, most of the personnel engaged in performance monitoring work are part-time workers with relatively little experience. Employees in front-line workers are not motivated to participate because of lack of relevant knowledge. Second, there is no formation of concerted efforts. Thirdly, Did not grasp the key links, do not pay attention to the actual results. These problems show that enterprises must make great efforts to establish a long-term mechanism for effectiveness monitoring, continuously innovate, improve and perfect. In the light of the actual performance of Chinalco’s enterprise performance supervision in Chinalco, the author believes that enterprises should solve the following problems in establishing long-term effectiveness monitoring mechanism.
