利用自行研制的多功能微磨损试验机,研究了软材料的微磨损问题,如Cu、Al、镁合金、45钢等,并与硬度相对较高的Ni60B涂层和TiN涂层进行对比,描述了软材料磨痕形貌中隆脊的发生及发展过程,讨论了隆脊的形成机理,分析了隆脊形成的影响因素,并提出了软材料微磨损试验的优化试验条件。研究结果将对软材料微磨损特性的系统研究以及在磨损工况下的选择和合理应用起到指导作用。
The micro-abrasion problems of soft materials, such as Cu, Al, magnesium alloy and 45 steel, were studied by using the multi-purpose micro-abrasion testing machine developed by ourselves. Compared with Ni60B coating and TiN coating with relatively high hardness, The occurrence and development process of ridges in soft material wear scar morphology were discussed. The formation mechanism of ridge was discussed, the influencing factors of ridge formation were analyzed, and the optimized test conditions of soft material micro-abrasion test were put forward. The results of this study will guide the systematic study of the micro-wear characteristics of soft materials and the selection and rational application under wear conditions.
