首创了用~(99m)Tc-MIBI经肛门直肠给药测定门静脉循环的核医学方法。提出以心前区与肝区放射性之比(H/L值)及经心脏分流的份额(分流指数SI值)作为衡量门脉分流的指标。动物模型实验证实该方法的可行性。正常对照组8例的H/L平均值为0.21±0.08;SI平均值为0.17±0.06。门脉性肝硬化患者H/L平均值为1.12±0.18;SI平均值为0.54±0.07。经t检验证明该两项指标二组之间差异均有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。与手术测压结果相对照,证明这些指标的准确性(r=0.93)。表明本方法学具有定量门静脉压力的潜在可能。
The first nuclear medicine method for the determination of portal vein circulation with ~ (99m) Tc-MIBI via rectal rectal administration. Proposed as the precordial and hepatic radioactive ratio (H / L value) and the share of cardiac shunt (shunt index SI value) as a measure of portal vein shunt index. Animal model experiments confirmed the feasibility of this method. The average H / L of 8 cases in normal control group was 0.21 ± 0.08, and the average value of SI was 0.17 ± 0.06. The average H / L in patients with portal cirrhosis was 1.12 ± 0.18; the average SI was 0.54 ± 0.07. The t test showed that the two indicators were significantly different between the two groups (P <0.01). In contrast to the results of surgical manometry, the accuracy of these indicators was demonstrated (r = 0.93). This method shows the potential of quantifying portal pressure.
