在信息技术教学过程中,我发现不少学生上课就想着上网,玩游戏。他们上课没心思听讲,课堂作业从来不主动完成,一心只想沉浸在自己的网络世界里。这些学生大多数存在着性格缺陷。如:喜怒无常,情绪不稳,自我失控,心理承受力低,意志薄弱,缺乏自信,学习困难,考试焦虑,记忆力衰退,注意力不集中,思维贫乏,学习成绩不稳等。如何引导这些学生正确认识自身的心理问题,使之养成积极向上,勤奋好学的学习态度,心理健康教育的充分运用,至关重要。以下是我的一些做法和体会。
In the process of information technology teaching, I discovered that many students think about surfing the Internet and playing games. They did not listen to lectures in class, classroom work was never done on their own initiative, and they just wanted to immerse themselves in their online world. Most of these students have personality deficiencies. Such as: moodiness, emotional instability, self-control, psychological tolerance, weak will, lack of self-confidence, learning difficulties, test anxiety, memory loss, lack of concentration, poor thinking, academic performance and other instability. How to guide these students to correctly understand their own psychological problems so that they develop a positive, progressive and studious learning attitude, and the full use of mental health education is of utmost importance. Here are some of my practices and experiences.
