二战后的日本通过了一部和平宪法 ,并通过这一宪法的实施获得了经济上的巨大发展。随着经济的发展 ,日本成为政治大国和军事大国的欲望越来越强烈 ,而这一欲望实现的最大障碍也正是这一和平宪法。近年来 ,日本朝野关于修宪的呼声越来越强烈 ,不论是日本国会的组成和倾向 ,还是舆论的反映 ,都表明日本修宪的大部分准备工作已近完成 ,同时也表明在新世纪初 ,日本完成修宪已为时不远。联想到日本的历史、现状、对历史的态度和完成修宪后的将来 ,人们有理由对此感到担忧
