At a survey meeting, when it comes to teachers’ self-regulation ability, some people raised objections: teachers are also people, there are also seven emotions and six desires. Why do they need to be self-restrained and regulated? Some even regard teacher self-regulation as stifling personality. This is indeed a problem worthy of attention, especially for those who have just set foot on the teaching profession. Most of them just came out of school and entered teachers’ posts. They were often trapped by emotions, and some were “very angry.” They were violent towards students, and when they were punished, beaten and paralyzed, some were cold at work. Hot, class late or early class; some teachers even vent their dissatisfaction in class.
