情境认知理论认为知识是鲜活的实践,学习是参与实践共同体,提倡学徒制和抛锚式教学以及在情境中进行评价。在中小学教师培训过程中,我们可以应用情景认知理论去进行:转换中小学教师培训过程中的知识观,建构中小学教师培训中的学习共同体,重视中小学教师培训的情境评价,促进中小学教师培训的信息化,等等。促进中小学教师培训的实践性转换,提高中小学教师培训的效果和效率。
