心外膜标测是准确定位传导副路径或予激综合症的重要方法。本文叙述作者研制的用计算机标测、显示并画出心外膜传导等时图。该系统具有以下特征,(1)在测量完成后,显示心外膜标测图,(2)以5ms或10ms间隔画出彩色等时图,(3)采用近点加权插值函数作出等时图,(4)由于使用集成电路和微型计算机,可使仪器小型化,从而能搬进手术室。文章提供了系统组成、电路设计及用狗进行实验的结果。
Epicardial mapping is an important method to accurately locate the pathways of conduction or pre-emptive syndrome. This article describes the author developed by computer mapping, display and draw epicardial transmission isochronal map. The system has the following features: (1) displaying an epicardium map after the measurement is completed, (2) drawing a colored isochronous graph at intervals of 5ms or 10ms, (3) using a near-point weighted interpolation function to make an isochronous graph , (4) the use of integrated circuits and microcomputers makes it possible to miniaturize the instrument so that it can be moved into the operating room. The article provides the system components, circuit design and results of experiments with dogs.
