目的分析南充地区115例男性泌尿生殖道感染者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因型分布状况,为本地区临床治疗及预防提供理论依据。方法采用HPV基因分型技术对南充地区145例男性生殖器疣状新生物及尿道分泌物进行HPV检测,阳性者进行基因型分析。结果 145例送检者中检出HPV115例,阳性率为79.3%。其中低危型感染72例,占62.6%;混合感染(同时感染高危型和低危型HPV)37例,占32.2%;单纯高危型感染较少,占5.2%。低危感染型别以HPV6型、11型为主,分别占53.4%、49.1%;高危感染型别以HPV16型为主,占15.5%。结论南充地区男性泌尿生殖道感者HPV感染率较高,且各年龄阶段均易感,感染型别以HPV6型、11型等低危型为主。
Objective To analyze the distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) genotypes in 115 cases of male genitourinary tract infections in Nanchong area and provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment and prevention in this area. Methods The HPV genotyping technique was used to detect 145 cases of genital warts and urethral secretions in Nanchong area, and the genotypes were analyzed. Results HPV115 cases were detected in 145 cases, the positive rate was 79.3%. Among them, 72 cases were low-risk infection, accounting for 62.6%; 37 cases were mixed-infection (high-risk and low-risk HPV), accounting for 32.2%; only high-risk infection was less, accounting for 5.2%. The types of low-risk infection were HPV6 and 11, accounting for 53.4% and 49.1% respectively. The high-risk infection type was mainly HPV16, accounting for 15.5%. Conclusion The genitourinary tract infection rate of male genitourinary tract in Nanchong area is high, and it is susceptible in all age groups. The infection types are mainly low-risk types such as HPV type 6 and type 11.
