随着国家评标委员会评标结果审议文件的下达,历时半年,搅动全国系统集成市场的第三期日元贷款,国家经济信息系统项目第二次采购告一段落。回顾这次采购过程,颇有一些值得用户和业界反思的经验教训。国内系统集成商快速发展国产设备还需更上层楼国际招标采购结果显示,全部55个包,国内系统集成商中了46个,约占85%,太极、联想、长城、方正、华胜、浪潮、同创、中软、曙光、鼎天等国内主要的系统集成商榜上有名。1995年第一次设备采购,国内只占约45%,3年增长了40个百分点,说明国内系统集成的实力有了很大提高。使用国外贷款,国内厂商达到这样的百分比,对国内系统集成行业,应该是可喜可贺的。
