公司是人的组织,发展中会遇到种种问题,其中冲突似乎是不可避免的。人力资源部经常会从同事中听到很多抱怨,例如,部门人手不够,业务又不断增加;部门之间协作互助精神减弱,各扫门前雪,遇到新问题尽可能绕开;责任总是说不明白,都认为是对方应该做或者至少不是自己应该做的;很多工作上需要协助的事情难以协调等等。
