针对传统机电设备刚性备件采购合同存在的一些难以解决的问题,如备件需求的不确定性高、缺货损失大的问题,在备件分类管理的基础上,提出了基于实物期权的柔性采购方法,以需求符合几何布朗运动为基本假设,建立了设备备件采购模型,并运用二叉树模型法确定了采购机制的柔性价值.应用实例探讨了模型中需求变化、备件价格增长率、附加成本、单位储存成本的敏感性,验证了此采购机制可有效降低采购商的采购成本,获得较大的柔性价值.
Aiming at the unsolvable problems in the procurement of rigid mechanical spare parts, such as the high uncertainty of spare parts demand and the large loss of out of stock, a flexible procurement method based on real options is proposed based on the classified management of spare parts. Based on the assumption of geometric Brownian motion, the model of purchasing spare parts for equipment was established and the flexible value of purchasing mechanism was determined by using binary tree model.The application examples discussed the changes of the model, the price growth rate of spare parts, the additional cost, the unit storage cost The verification verifies that this procurement mechanism can effectively reduce the purchase cost of buyers and obtain greater flexibility value.
