根据对分压强质谱计需求的迅速增长和飞行时间质谱计的新发展,研制了一种新型小飞行时间质谱计。在质谱计管的长度仅为25cm,质量范围可达1~1800原子质量单位时,对28N2+和129Xe+的实测质量分辨本领(m/△m)50%H分别优于200和300。可以预期,一种具有更高性能价格比的新型分压强质谱计将会沿此方向继续发展。
Based on the rapid growth in the demand for split-pressure mass spectrometers and new developments in time-of-flight mass spectrometers, a new small-time-of-flight mass spectrometer was developed. The measured mass resolution (m / Δm) 50% H of 28N2 + and 129Xe + is better than 200 and 300, respectively, when the mass spectrometer tube has a length of only 25 cm and a mass range of 1 to 1800 atomic mass units. It is expected that a new type of partial pressure mass spectrometer with higher performance-price ratio will continue to develop in this direction.
