目的探索外周血白细胞中miR-29a能否成为结核病新型生物标志物及其诊断价值。方法肺结核组、肺癌组、肺部感染组及健康对照组共纳入120例标本,收集其外周血白细胞,检测其miR-29a表达水平,综合分析miR-29a能否作为结核病生物标志物及其诊断价值。结果 miR-29a在各组间表达水平差异有统计学意义,其用于鉴别健康对照组和肺结核组时,其曲线下面积为0.714,具有较高的诊断价值。结论 miR-29a用于鉴别诊断肺结核组与健康对照组时,具有较高诊断价值。
Objective To explore whether miR-29a can be a new biomarker of tuberculosis in peripheral leukocytes and its diagnostic value. Methods A total of 120 specimens of pulmonary tuberculosis, lung cancer, lung infection and healthy control were collected and their peripheral blood leukocytes were collected to detect the expression of miR-29a. A comprehensive analysis of whether miR-29a could be used as a biomarker of tuberculosis and its diagnosis value. Results The expression level of miR-29a in each group was significantly different. The area under the curve of miR-29a for the identification of healthy control group and pulmonary tuberculosis group was 0.714, which had a high diagnostic value. Conclusion miR-29a is of high diagnostic value in the differential diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis and healthy controls.
