目前,三二分段转段考核方案在时间、考核方式、考核内容等方面存在不少问题,应该按照中高职院校协同合作、能力核心、系统培养以及考核多元化等要求进行改革创新。新设计的旅游管理专业三二分段转段考核方案,采取“综合考评+技能测试”的考核形式,将规范化和灵活性结合起来,重点考核综合素质和专业技能,充分发挥中高职院校的自主性和积极性。
