目的:合成泮托拉唑合成中产生的杂质。方法:以5-二氟甲氧基-2-巯基-1H-苯并咪唑和2-氯甲基-3,4-二甲氧基吡啶盐酸盐(Ⅲ)为原料,经缩合,氧化,两步反应合成泮托拉唑砜及泮托拉唑砜氮氧化物。结果:最后化合物经核磁共振谱、质谱确证。结论:本路线合成的化合物可作为泮托拉唑质量控制中的杂质对照品,从而对杂质进行准确的定性、定量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To synthesize impurities resulting from the synthesis of pantoprazole. Methods: The 5-difluoromethoxy-2-mercapto-1H-benzimidazole and 2-chloromethyl-3,4-dimethoxypyridine hydrochloride (Ⅲ) Two-step synthesis of pantoprazole sulfone and pantoprazole sulfone nitrogen oxides. Results: The final compounds were confirmed by NMR and MS. Conclusion: The compound synthesized in this route can be used as an impurity reference substance in the quality control of pantoprazole, so that impurities can be accurately and quantitatively controlled.
