妊娠期结肠癌非常罕见,其发病率约为1/5×10~4～1/10×10~4,自从1928年Evers报道第1例妊娠期结肠癌以来,迄今共有40例报道。妊娠期结肠癌预后极差,主要是延误诊断所致,因为结肠癌早期体征和症状与妊娠期胃肠道反应非常相似。 本文报道1例妊娠期结肠癌,35岁妇女,初产妇,孕30周因直肠出血于1996年6月25日入院。患者自妊娠6周起由私人产科医生保健,产前过程正常。于妊娠26周时出现少量直肠出血,无其它症状,指肛和直肠镜检发现轻度痔疮,考虑由于痔疮导致出血。后因持续间断性直肠出血转至外科做进一步检
Colon cancer in pregnancy is very rare, the incidence rate of about 1/5 × 10 ~ 4 ~ 1/10 × 10 ~ 4, since the first case of pregnancy in 1928 Evers report of colon cancer, so far a total of 40 cases reported. Very poor prognosis of pregnancy colon cancer, mainly due to delay in diagnosis, because early signs and symptoms of colon cancer and gastrointestinal reactions during pregnancy are very similar. This article reports 1 case of colon cancer in pregnancy, 35-year-old woman, primipara, 30 weeks pregnant due to rectal bleeding admitted on June 25, 1996. Patients were cured by a private obstetrician from the 6th week of pregnancy and had normal prenatal procedures. At 26 weeks of gestation a small amount of rectal bleeding, no other symptoms, refers to the anal and rectal examination found mild hemorrhoids, consider bleeding due to hemorrhoids.
